Actually parents in law in town. Went back for dinner together.
I used to hate the bumpy rocky road from Sarikei to Sibu. Absolutely hated it. Would curse and scold!! Imagine I was almost term pregnant that time and this stupid road made me wanna hurl bad!
Please Mr Taib, give the people here a safer alternative. The road here is like a plastic surgery went bad. Disaster actually. Tampal here and there! And the way they tampal the tar road... Walao! Wayyy higher and thicker than the original level. So, in the end, bumpier la! Like a ugly patchwork of road.
Want to tampal instead of repairing the whole length of road - at least do a better job ma. Sometimes feel like its worse after they tampal "repair". Wtf.

But with this CX5, the journey is more pleasant. More bearable. Less like riding a friggin horse!
Still, would appreciate a smoother straighter well lit road! Came back evening at 8pm. Bloody dark! At certain areas, it is pitch black!!! Wah piang!! No lamppost. Kns! There are people living in these rural areas. Dah la these poor people riding old almost-broken motorbike , sometimes with no/broken lights. Would be nice if someone bother to give them some lights on the road. Light their way home.

Enough digressing.
| Before heading out. |
Happily chit-chatting with Dear Hubby on the way. Sometimes it is during these kind of road trip that we reconnect and talk. Communicate. At home, sometimes both of us are too engrossed with our own work and stuff and Baby Maya, it is inevitable that we tend to kinda ignore each other. So whilst Baby Maya soundly asleep in my arms, we rekindled. ❤❤❤
Enjoying the serene scenery along the way.
Went for Samurai Burgers once in Sibu. Freaking tasty! First time trying and the sauce is awesome... Hmmmm... Wish I could stuff two!
Family pix on the go!
Later went to Tanahmas - our usual hangout place - for tea time with sis and bro-in law.
Chillax abit!

| The Hollywood cake too dry for my likings. Club Emas is like club sandwich and I love the super huge fries! |
At home, Ah MA (she is actually Dear Hubby's paternal grandmother, but I follow and call her Ah MA too) spending some quality time with Baby Maya. Her fourth generation wey!
Slightly exhausted when we finally reached home at 9pm. So glad to have finally showered!
Ironed skirt and blouse for tomorrow.
Packed Medela bag. Packed Baby Maya's bag for The Nanny.
Time for some facial therapy.
And I'm ready to tuck in!
Good night!
P/S: Dear Dato LCW, I hope you win tonight! I'm too tired to watch your game but I wish you all the very best! Gambateh! You are the ONLY reason that all Malaysians, despite racial or religion or political differences, come together and unite as ONE! We stand behind you!!! Go Go Go!
ZZzzzzZZZzzzz
I'm sorry. Nursing mother very tired. Lol!
Hope all of you had a wonderful family day like I did!
